How MindEven’s AI reference assistant uses information.

Questions and sources

Mira is an educational psychiatry reference assistant. It can use the supplied reference collection, MindEven articles, general model knowledge and web search. Check cited sources before clinical use. It does not provide individual diagnoses, medication changes or declarations of safety.

Questions and a bounded portion of the current conversation are transmitted to OpenAI to generate answers. Web-search queries may be processed by search providers. Do not enter patient names, identifiers, contact details, clinical records or other confidential information. The doctor profile is kept separate and is not sent with questions.

The website keeps conversation text in this page’s memory, without a saved-chat account history. Reloading or leaving the page clears that text. Copying an answer puts it on your device’s clipboard. AI providers may retain requests under their applicable data policies; disabling response storage does not promise zero provider retention. See OpenAI’s API data controls.

Doctor accounts

After Google or email sign-in, registered doctors complete a private profile: full name, date of birth, sex, current designation (PG, SR, JR, Asst Prof, Prof or Senior Consultant), MBBS / primary medical qualification college, current institution / clinic / hospital name, city, state or Union Territory, registration council, registration number and registration year. Age is calculated from date of birth; users must be at least 18. A “Prefer not to say” option is available for sex. Full residential addresses and phone numbers are not collected.

Registration details are self-declared. Completing a profile is not council verification, endorsement or clinical credentialing. Profiles are not published as a directory. You can edit your profile through the account button inside Mira.

Cookies and allowances

For signed-out visitors, Google Identity Services may show its native account sign-in prompt. Google processes browser connection information and controls account choices and prompt availability. Selecting an account sends its sign-in credential to our server for verification; credentials are not stored in browser storage.

Essential secure cookies support sign-in, request protection, consent and the guest allowance. Guests receive two trial questions per browser. Completed doctor accounts receive ten questions per day, resetting at midnight India time. Clearing cookies may affect the guest trial; server-side throttles also protect the service.

Private operational records track account identifiers, quota reservations, request outcomes and aggregate costs. Abuse protection may use an IP-derived identifier. Application logs do not contain clinical free text, questions, answers or secrets. Hosting and service providers may process ordinary connection information. Additional browser verification may be shown during sign-in to protect against automated abuse.

Delete an account

Open Mira, select your account, then choose “Delete account.” The confirmation step deletes your doctor profile and authentication account. Limited operational usage records may be retained without your profile where needed to prevent abuse. Deleting an account does not remove information already copied to your device or independently retained by a service provider under its data policy.

Service availability

Mira may be unavailable during setup, maintenance or provider interruptions. Ordinary MindEven search and reference pages remain available. Accounts and chat services are separate from clinical-record systems.
