What changed
Edition 2026-10-29.1 · Published reference edition
Clinical reference improvements
- Original medicine summaries replace inherited label excerpts. Coverage and formulation context are explicit.
- Clinical essentials appear before mobile section navigation.
- References are grouped in a collapsed section at the end of each page, with source context retained.
- Brand lists default to relevance, with pack-price, brand-name and manufacturer sorting.
- Search separates direct matches from related reading.
- Product details load in small batches, with historical price context retained.
- Focused references connect catatonia, medication emergencies, opioid treatment and ECT.
- Adult-practice reading and clinical practice tools add a sleep diary, history/MSE working sheet and focused interview guidance.
- Questionnaire progress and source-defined skips are explicit. Licensed forms use clinician-specific access; score calculators are counted separately from complete questionnaires.

Brand relevance and price sorting
Relevance is the default. Search matches come first, followed by editorial brand/manufacturer priorities and single-ingredient matches. Other ties use brand-name order. Selected brand families such as Licab, Lithosun, Intalith, Nexito, Sizopin and Serenata receive priority. The manufacturer starting list includes Sun Pharma, Torrent, Intas, Abbott, Cipla, Lupin, Alkem, Dr Reddy’s, Zydus, Mankind, Eris, Pfizer and Mylan/Viatris. This is an editorial ordering; prescription-volume or market-share data is not available.
Pack-price sorting uses the lowest recorded positive INR pack MRP for each product. Unknown prices appear last in both directions. Prices may be historical, and pack size, strength and formulation differ. This is not a per-tablet comparison.
